The founder of INEX Consultants, Ms. Zeenat Jahan, a Master Practitioner of the Neuro Linguistic Program, Core Transformation Coach, Advanced Life Coach, a veteran in the training industry with over twenty three years of experience in Counselling, Training & Development, Employee Assistance, Business Development, Training Consultancy and all other training related activities like., Client Handling and Relationship Building. Her passion for excellence and growth has assisted organizations overachieve their business standards, objectives and targets.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources & Behavioural Sciences and MS in Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Having worked closely with India’s premier B-schools such as, IIM-A, IIM-B,IIM-C, IIM-K, XLRI, MAHE, IIT-D, LIBA, MICA and NMIMS, she aims at developing the human resources of an organization. She believes that the growth of any organization solely depends on the attitude, thoughts and conduct of its human resources. She ensures that behavioural change through an appropriate training program, can happen only in a structured format.
Her passion lies not only in training and developing professionals, but also to connect with them, counsel them and help them achieve their goals.
She is a pioneer in introducing Psychology of Harassment in PoSH sessions.
She has also been appointed as an external member for Internal Committees to deal with Sexual Harassment cases with corporations and colleges. Till date, she has conducted workshops on the same and Training Sessions on Gender Sensitivity for 6500 + participants.
Her expertise lies in Sexual Harassment Workshops at workplace and at Higher Educational Institutions. She had been appointed by MSCW (Maharashtra State Commission for Women) as a Trainer to conduct PoSH programs with them at Corporations, Colleges and Schools, in the year 2018.
She uses a lot of NLP tools and techniques for various training sessions, especially in Sales, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership Development, Problem Solving and other behavioural training.
Her approach is to develop company specific tailor-made phenomenon, instead of offering ‘one size fits all’ trend. Her solutions are highly result oriented, value-based and derived from varied organizational experiences, contributing towards alternative pedagogy, as she believes that the need of every organization/team/group/individual is unique, thus it requires distinctive deliverance innovations, all the time.
She is also a Spoken English Trainer, trained and certified by British Council and has been conducting similar programs since last so many years.
