We try to bring about changes, through our behavioral training programs, in the attitudes and behaviors of leaders/managers/executives because we believe in bringing about an attitudinal change first – as behavioural change must be preceded by a change in attitude – for the change to be permanent. Many capabilities in life are a matter of acquiring skills and knowledge and then applying them in a reliable way. Good leadership demands emotional strengths and behavioural characteristics which can draw deeply on an individual's mental and spiritual reserves.
